Sales Tax
Daisy Couture, LLC is located in the state of California. Any customer who resides in California will be automatically the charged the state tax rate of 8.25%. Each customer is responsible for any additional taxes that may apply within the city that they reside. A list of sales tax rates can be found on the California State Board of Equalization’s web site: http://www.boe.ca.gov/ . Purchases made from outside the state of California will not be subject to sales tax.
Return Policy
We will accept returns within 90 days of purchase. All items must be unworn, accompanied by our return form and a copy of your packing slip. Please note that some of our designs have limited availability and size exchanges may not be possible. In those instances you will be offered an item of equal value or a refund of your purchase.
